Super Simple Southwest Salad

After a couple Olive Garden recipes, I needed something really simple. . .

I found the 5-Minute Southwest Layered Salad on Kraft’s website! The recipe below is copied from their site, so you don’t even have to click on the link.

Super simple. Reasonably healthy. No cooking involved (which is huge this week when it’s going to be in the 90’s every day!) And it’s actually a meatless dinner that my husband said he would enjoy having again! (I’m bookmarkin’ this one!)

5-Minute Southwest Layered Salad

5-Minute Southwest Layered Salad

Makes: 4 servings

What You Need!

6 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 can  (19 fl oz/ 540 mL) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (12 fl oz/341 mL) corn, drained
1/2 cup  salsa
1/2 cup KRAFT Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup  KRAFT RANCHER’S CHOICE Dressing
1 cup broken tortilla chips

Make It!

PLACE lettuce on serving platter or in bottom of glass serving bowl.

COVER with layers of beans, corn, salsa and cheese.

DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with chips.
